Matthew DeCourcey, Project Manager, is an experienced consultant with expertise in North American natural gas markets with particular focus on market analysis, price forecasting and market simulation, rate analysis, financial analysis, and risk management. Mr. DeCourcey has extensive experience developing gas market simulations using GPCM and other tools and provides consulting services relating to short- and long-term price forecasts and analyses of volatility, ratemaking issues, congestion analysis, risk management, projections of supply and demand trends, and analyses of operational conditions. Mr. DeCourcey graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Boston with honors and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
