Summary Of Experience

Benjamin Davis leverages his experience in sustainable electricity policies and regulation to guide utilities through emerging regulations to adopt new ways of providing electricity to customers in an increasingly decarbonized landscape. As a member of Concentric’s Future of Energy Team, he has supported utilities with regulatory construct reform, proposed innovation incentives, and utility-sponsored programs.

Prior to joining Concentric, Mr. Davis worked for over seven years on a wide range of electric power and regulatory issues at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. His experience at the Department includes matters pertaining to clean energy policies, grid modernization, dynamic pricing, competitive electric markets, utility provision of retail electric supply, electric system reliability, service quality, and utility mergers.

Mr. Davis has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, a B.A. cum laude from Harvard University, and a Master of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School.
