We offer a highly competitive base salary along with an incentive compensation bonus package. The process begins with a pre-screening call conducted by our Human Resources department. Selected candidates will then meet with a group of four to eight Concentric staff members on a Teams video call. In some cases, there may be a final follow-up interview with additional staff. Candidates interviewing for more experienced roles may also be required to give a presentation to a small group. After all candidates for a role have been interviewed, the Concentric interview group convenes to discuss credentials and expedite hiring decisions and notifications.
