    Medical Insurance
    We offer best-in-class medical insurance for all regular, full-time employees and their eligible dependents.

    Medical Insurance Reimbursement
    We reimburse full-time employees who elect not to participate in the Company-sponsored medical insurance plan.

    Dental Insurance
    Concentric offers dental insurance for all regular, full-time employees and their eligible dependents on their first date of employment.

    Vision Insurance
    We offer vision insurance for all regular, full-time employees and their eligible dependents on their first date of employment, as well as regularly scheduled part-time employees who work at least twenty (20) hours per week and their dependents.  This plan helps defray the cost of glasses, contact lenses, and vision exams.

    Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
    We provide all regular, full-time employees, as well as regularly scheduled part-time employees who work at least twenty (20) hours per week, with life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurances at no cost to the employee.

    Incentive Compensation
    Incentive Compensation (IC) is one part of Concentric’s total compensation program. Concentric’s IC program is designed to provide a fair but flexible means of distributing the Company’s profit in a way that encourages, recognizes, and rewards individual performance.

    Flexible Spending Account
    We offer Flexible Spending Accounts for medical and dependent care expenses through payroll deductions on a typically pre-tax basis.

    401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
    Concentric offers a 401(k)retirement savings plan through Fidelity Investments for full-time and part-time employees who regularly work at least twenty (20) hours per week, and we offer a generous company matching contribution.

  • Work Life and Professional Development

    Tuition Reimbursement
    Concentric encourages employees to further their education and build on their current knowledge and experience relevant to their work. All full-time Concentric employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement, which may be used towards a degree program; coursework; preparation materials for a certification exam; recertification credits for an existing credential; or enrolling in a course that is not in a degree program but is applicable to the employee’s role. Concentric’s policy is to reimburse regular, full-time employees up to six thousand dollars ($6,000) per calendar year.

    Home Office Equipment Allowance
    After three months of employment, all employees who regularly work at least twenty (20) hours per week are eligible for an annual allowance to cover expenses related to maintaining a home office. Qualified expenses include, but are not limited to, computer equipment (monitors, printers, other hardware, etc.) and internet service.

    Corporate Cell Phone Plan
    Employees who work at least twenty (20) hours per week are eligible to participate in Concentric’s corporate cell phone plan. Employees who choose not to participate in our plan are eligible for a monthly reimbursement for their own cell phone plan.

    Charitable Donation Employer Matching Contribution
    Concentric encourages all employees to give back to their local communities. As such, Concentric will make a matching charitable donation to certain established non-profit or community service organizations in the amount of up to $250 per employee per calendar year. Employees may donate to one or multiple charities in one calendar year, and the firm will match up to $250 total.
