Conducted due diligence services related to the purchase of various hydroelectric generation projects in development in the western U.S. We evaluated the likelihood for the projects to obtain power purchase agreements and the likely price and structure of those power purchase agreements, the potential value of renewable energy credits, the potential project interconnection risks, and likely project financing terms. Our report was a key source of the client’s evaluation of the opportunity.
