Litigation Support

Concentric provided expert analysis on behalf of a client who was the subject of a tortious interference claim. The claim asserted that our client—through design, engineering, and materials supply changes to a new nuclear construction project that was subsequently abandoned—committed tortious interference with a purported contractual relationship between the plaintiffs’ putative ratepayer class and the project owners.

Specifically, Concentric supported our client’s counsel in assessing whether our client’s involvement in the project resulted in any project delays or cost increases. Our assessment included an evaluation of extensive documentation related to the project’s licensing and an evaluation of opposing parties’ consulting reports. The United States District Court dismissed the claim with prejudice
