Concentric provided an expert report concerning litigation between a U.S. electric service company and the United States of America, acting by and through the U.S. Department of Energy, regarding spent nuclear fuel (SNF) and the government’s breach of the Standard Contract for disposal of SNF. The expert report was filed in the Court of Federal Claims and addressed the quantification of damages. We also provided extensive support for analyses of the decommissioning cost impacts and the breach’s impact on past and future decommissioning costs.
