Summary of Experience
Kevin Siedt joined Concentric in August of 2023 with over 22 years of experience in all facets of finance, utility rates and regulatory affairs including project finance, corporate finance, merger integration, regulatory interaction, rate design, alternative regulatory models and revenue requirements, electrification, cost of service, and significant analytical experience.
Prior to joining Concentric, Mr. Siedt served as a Consultant at First Energy Corporation where he presented to and interfaced with state regulators, large commercial customers, and senior management, as well as conducted regulated rate design and cost of service analysis.
Mr. Siedt also developed and implemented an energy efficiency and an electric vehicle program recovery mechanism to recover costs of initial energy efficiency and electric vehicle infrastructure programs in New Jersey. His responsibilities included developing a revenue requirements economic model, preparing written testimony, and negotiating settlements with intervening parties.
Mr. Siedt holds an MBA from Moravian University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Rowan University.
