Summary of Experience
Viktoriya Rutkovskaya joined Concentric in February 2024 after spending over a decade working in corporate finance and credit analysis. Most recently, Ms. Rutkovskaya worked as a Lead Analyst in the Regulatory Strategy and Analysis team at National Grid, focusing on capital structure and return on equity rate case strategy.
In addition to her experience in rate case optimization, Ms. Rutkovskaya came to Concentric with a strong background in peer benchmarking, credit rating analysis, and energy industry research from her work at Moody’s Investors Service and fixed income research at a leading asset manager.
