Water Industry Privatization Study

Concentric was engaged by a large U.S. utility holding company to conduct a comprehensive study of the benefits and costs of privatizing the U.S. water industry. This study examined several factors, including reliability, service quality, customer impacts, and the treatment of acquisition premia, among other considerations. The analysis was prepared in anticipation of an acquisition of a water system. Ultimately, the client used this information in their due diligence for several acquisitions.
