Clara-Ann Joyce has expertise in energy efficiency and beneficial electrification programs and policy. Since joining Concentric, she has worked closely with several utilities in the Northeast to analyze and implement incentive programs related to heat pumps, electric vehicles, and other energy efficiency measures. Ms. Joyce also has experience providing analytical and research support for due diligence, revenue requirements, and other regulatory proceedings. Ms. Joyce holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Yale University.
