Erica Menard has 25 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in regulatory strategy and rate case management for electric, gas, and water utilities. Additionally, she is a recognized expert in regulated ratemaking, having provided testimony in traditional base distribution rate cases and regulatory proceedings before state regulatory commissions in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York.
Prior to joining Concentric, Ms. Menard held senior leadership roles at investor-owned utilities, where she oversaw all aspects of regulatory and ratemaking for electric, gas and water utilities. Furthermore, her expertise spans key areas of regulatory policy and process, including ratemaking and rate design, alternative regulation, multi-year rate plans, revenue decoupling, cash working capital and lead-lag studies and recovery of costs made on behalf of utility customers.
Ms. Menard earned an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Maine.
