Prior to joining Concentric, Mr. Zwart studied battery storage development with the Massachusetts Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and supported policy efforts at the U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration and White House Office of Presidential Correspondence. He holds B.A. degrees in Economics and International Affairs with a concentration in Environmental Studies from George Washington University. Mr. Zwart is a member of the United States Association for Energy Economics National Capital Area Chapter.
