Tom Dolezal has over 13 years of experience working in the electric utility industry. Prior to joining Concentric, Mr. Dolezal worked for FirstEnergy, where he twice won a prestigious President’s Award for the development of their metered but unbilled process and bill estimation algorithm. Furthermore, he has provided expert testimony related to cost of service studies and comparable ROE analyses. Mr. Dolezal has also served as a subject matter expert in areas such as cost of capital, load & revenue forecasting, and credit ratings.
In addition to his utility experience, Mr. Dolezal has served on several boards and currently serves as Board President of his local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. He has also taught undergraduate Economics at the University of Akron.
