Tom Dolezal is a financial and economic consultant with over 13 years of experience in the energy industry. At Concentric, Mr. Dolezal primarily manages expert witness testimony development on cost of capital matters related to return on equity and financial market issues. He has also provided expert witness testimony on a cost of service study and has supported multiple M&A projects.
Prior to joining Concentric, Tom Dolezal worked for FirstEnergy, where he twice won a prestigious President’s Award for the development of their metered but unbilled process and bill estimation algorithm. Furthermore, he has provided expert testimony on cost of service studies and comparable ROE analyses. Mr. Dolezal has also served as a subject matter expert in areas such as cost of capital, load & revenue forecasting, and credit ratings.
In addition to his energy industry experience, Mr. Dolezal has served on several boards and currently serves as the Board President of his local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. He has also taught undergraduate Economics at the University of Akron.
Mr. Dolezal received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Akron, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a Master of Arts degree in Economics, also from the University of Akron.
