Viktoriya Rutkovskaya has over a decade of experience working in corporate finance and credit analysis. Most recently, Ms. Rutkovskaya worked as a Lead Analyst in the Regulatory Strategy and Analysis team at National Grid. During this time, she focused on rate case strategy, specifically on capital structure and return on equity.
In addition to her experience in rate case strategy, Ms. Rutkovskaya has a strong background in peer benchmarking, credit rating analysis, and energy industry research from her tenure at Moody’s Investors Service and her experience in fixed income research at a leading asset manager.
