Summary of Experience
Meredith Stone, Assistant Vice President, has nearly a decade of energy industry experience, having joined Concentric in 2015. Ms. Stone’s expertise is focused in wholesale market and resource planning analysis. She is a testifying expert in matters related to asset valuation, power purchase agreements, and regulatory policy. Ms. Stone has provided analysis on the net Cost of New Entry in the ISO New England wholesale capacity markets, as well analysis in support of numerous CPCN filings.
Additionally, she is well-versed in various elements of the regulatory ratemaking process, including fuel adjustment clause policy and precedent, incentive regulation, cash working capital/lead-lag studies, and competitive transmission. Ms. Stone earned her Master of Public Policy from Brown University and a B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College.
