Concentric was retained to assist a U.S. energy services and delivery company in preparing a turn-key rate case for its Connecticut electric distribution company. We assisted in all aspects of the rate case filing before the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), including preparing detailed filing schedules and work papers on Revenue Requirements, Depreciation, Cash Working Capital, Allocated Cost of Service, and Rate Design.
Concentric filed expert testimony in support of the Application, and responded to scores of intervenor data requests. We also provided strategic management advice during the brief, reply brief, and written exceptions portion of the rate case proceeding.
